Therefore, ADKARs model in my perspective effectively enables individual and further organizational adjustment of prevailing culture and subsequently the behaviour. My analysis of the model indicated that it highly emphasized on employees transition into the new organizational status as contrary to other models of organizational change that are process oriented. Surprisingly, I observed that all models of organizational change implement ADKARs elements of change either at one time or indirectly since all organizational change entails behavioural and psychological transition of employees.
